Industrial ultrasonic cleaners are suitable to clean many different types of objects, including jewelry, lenses and other optical parts, watches, dental and surgical instruments, tools, coins, fountain pens, golf clubs, fishing reels, window blinds, firearms, car fuel injectors, musical instruments, gramophone records, industrial parts and electronic equipment. They are used in many jewelry workshops, watchmakers' establishments, and electronic repair workshops.
Filtration systems function by forcing cleaning fluid through Filter Cartridges, or Filter Bags. These devices strain the cleaning fluid, capturing all particles of a given size before the fluid is returned to the ultrasonic cleaning tank. This action removes particles from the cleaning fluid, allowing for longer use and reduced maintenance on the cleaning tank.
What is degassing and how does it affect cleaning?
Any liquid will retain dissolved oxygen, for an ultrasonic cleaner to work properly the dissolved oxygen must be driven out of solution. The cleaning power of an ultrasonic tank comes from the violent collapse of the vacuum cavity or bubble. If there is any dissolved gas in the cleaning fluid it will migrate to the area of lowest pressure [ the vacuum cavity] preventing the violent collapse of the cavity and reducing the cleaning power of the tank.
How to use the machine ?
1) Just need to fill in the water with tank, over 3/2 lines,below max line.
2) Put the mdical tools in the stainless tank,
3) Setup ultrasonic time and water tempeature .
4) wait till and washing cycle finished.
